CDC has acquired and is in the process of concept engineering the infrastructure on a 300-acre parcel bordering the beautiful Northwood Lake area in the 2,300-acre Woodcreek Farms community. Our section, Lakeview, will consist of 500 lots on the northwest portion of the overall development.
